  Apartment reservation

  Once you’ve found your ideal apartment, we will finalize a reservation agreement. This agreement remains valid until a formal contract is signed, for a maximum of one month. A prepayment of €5000 is required to confirm the reservation.

  Sales agreement

  In the notarial sales agreement, the details of the transaction are defined, including the exact price of your apartment, the completion date, and other conditions. Upon signing the agreement, a down payment of 15% of the apartment's purchase price is required.

  Interior and details

  If the construction phase allows, you can choose from different interior finishing packages. For an additional fee, it is possible to modify the apartment layout or electrical plan up until certain construction stages, such as changing the location or number of sockets and light fixtures. All modifications must be coordinated with the developer and approved before the relevant construction phase begins.

  Loan agreement with the bank and payment

  If you are using a bank loan to purchase the apartment, make sure to sign the loan agreement in a timely manner. If you are paying the purchase price with your own funds, it must be deposited into the notary's account no later than one working day before the conclusion of the property rights agreement.

  Property rights agreement

  Once the building is completed, the apartment has been inspected, and the purchase price has been paid, a notarial property rights agreement is signed. After the state fee is paid, you will be registered in the land registry as the owner of the apartment. In the case of a bank loan, a bank representative will also participate in the transaction to arrange the payment of the loan amount.

  Keys in hand

  After the agreement takes effect, we will hand over the keys to your apartment, and your new home will be officially yours. The apartment ownership comes with a two-year warranty.
